Mudara Ink Custom Apparel offers refunds for eligible orders within thirty days of purchase. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has begun. To request a refund, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue within the thirty-day window. We will review your claim and determine eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received a damaged or defective item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion. Returns must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration are ineligible for refund. For orders placed through third-party platforms, refund requests must be submitted through that platform's process. We are not responsible for refunds initiated through payment processors without our authorization. Exchanges for different sizes or colors may be available depending on product availability and timing. Please allow additional processing time for exchanges. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these criteria.
