Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Mudara Ink™, every item is created especially for you. Because our products are custom printed and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color selection, or changes of mind.

We want you to love what you receive, and if we made a mistake, we'll work to make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact Mudara Ink within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the item and the problem
Photos of multiple affected items when applicable

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, Mudara Ink may provide a replacement, reprint, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

You may not be required to return the defective item unless specifically instructed by Mudara Ink.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer, all custom sales are final once production has begun.

This includes products featuring custom names, numbers, logos, artwork, organization branding, team designs, event designs, or other customer-requested personalization.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and personalization before submitting or approving an order.

Size & Color Exchanges

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected by the customer.

Please review the product's available size chart and product information before ordering. Sizing may vary between manufacturers and garment styles.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Mudara Ink is not responsible for print-quality issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork that is low resolution, improperly sized, pixelated, blurry, or otherwise unsuitable for production when the customer has approved the artwork for printing.

We will make reasonable efforts to identify obvious artwork issues before production whenever possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Mudara Ink as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Mudara Ink is not responsible for additional shipping or replacement costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier and our fulfillment partner.

Packages marked Delivered by the carrier will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require the customer to contact the carrier or local delivery office.

Bulk & Organization Orders

Custom bulk orders for businesses, schools, churches, teams, organizations, events, and other groups are considered final sale once production begins.

Customers or authorized organization representatives are responsible for confirming quantities, sizes, artwork, personalization, and other order details before final approval.

Production errors attributable to Mudara Ink or our fulfillment partners remain eligible for review under our damaged or defective item policy.
