Mudara Ink Custom Apparel ships orders to addresses within the United States. Processing time for custom orders typically takes five to ten business days before your item is handed off to our carrier. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes five to seven business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery. International shipping is not currently available. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free shipping may be available on orders meeting certain criteria. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, though we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately with your tracking information and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Packages left at your address are your responsibility once delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase, as address changes after order placement may not be possible.
