CUSTOM ORDER LEGAL NOTICE

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this submission is a request for a custom order and does not constitute acceptance of the project, a final quote, or a binding agreement by Mudara Ink™.

You represent that you own, license, or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, names, or other materials submitted to Mudara Ink™ and authorize Mudara Ink™ and its production partners to reproduce those materials solely as necessary to fulfill your order.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, placement, sizes, quantities, and personalization before production. Once final approval is provided and production begins, custom orders are considered final and generally cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged except in cases of verified production defects or fulfillment errors.

Actual printed colors, sizing, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from digital proofs or screen displays due to differences in materials, printing methods, garment construction, and display settings.

Mudara Ink™ reserves the right to decline any custom order or submitted artwork at its discretion.
